We currently ship to the following regions:

Free Shipping Regions:

For orders over $20, we offer free shipping to the following regions: United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Chile, Colombia, United Kingdom, EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Saudi Arabia,Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. Orders below $20 will incur a standard shipping fee.

Shipping is free to the specified free shipping regions, while the following regions are subject to a flat shipping fee as listed below:

Regions with $15 Shipping Fee:  Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Egypt

Regions with $25 Shipping Fee:  Liechtenstein, Cambodia, Indonesia

Regions with $35 Shipping Fee: Costa Rica, Iceland, South Africa

Important Notice:

  • In most cases, RingConn covers import taxes and customs duties, so you are unlikely to be charged additional fees. However, any charges ultimately depend on local customs policies.
  • We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Holiday Shipping Notice

Due to increased demand during the holiday season, certain ring sizes may experience extended processing or shipping times.

Tracking Update Notice
Your tracking number has been generated, but tracking activity may take some time to update due to holiday shipping volume. Typically, tracking information will be updated within 3–4 business days after the tracking number is issued.During this time, your order is already in transit, and delayed tracking updates are normal. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

How soon can I get my package(s)?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. For specific shipping times, please refer to the table below. For ‘Don’t know my size’ orders, we will send you the sizing kits within 2 business days. Once you receive the sizing kits and confirm your size, please submit your size and color on the order page. We will then ship the smart ring to you within 2 business days.

We have multiple local warehouses to ensure faster delivery. Orders from the United States are shipped from our U.S. warehouse via USPS or express delivery. Orders from the European Union are fulfilled from our EU warehouse. All other international orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse and shipped via international air transportation. Pleaserefer to the following table for estimated delivery times in different countries:

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Please note: If you need to change your RingConn delivery address, you should do so before updating your ring size. For customers in the US, you can update your delivery address if the new address is in the same state. However, some states allow local governments to impose additional general or selective sales taxes. If your local government does this, meaning that the new address you want to change to is in a city where the tax rate is different from your original address, we may not be able to change the address on your order. Currently, it is not possible to update an address from one country to another. If you need to ship your order to a different country, please contact our team for assistance in canceling the original order and placing a new one. We will be happy to help you services@ringconn.online. For orders that have already been shipped: Please contact the courier. To find the courier on your order, please check the order confirmation email you received after making your purchase. Your carrier and tracking number can be found below your order number in the body of the email. Clicking on the tracking number will take you directly to the carrier’s website. We also provide direct links to each of our carrier websites below.

Where Does RingConn Ship From?

All orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse.

We reserve the right to adjust the shipping origin based on inventory and logistics, and the place of shipment may change from time to time.

What Should I Do If My Package Shows Delivered But Has Not Been Received? Packages may be delivered to your front door or signed for by your neighbors. We suggest checking with your neighbors first. Alternatively, you can check with the courier company using your tracking number. If possible, please check and provide us with any supporting photo or other documents you may have, as this may help us solve the issue.
